Just downloaded the new version. I run the app on an iPhone 6 plus. And even after this update, the frames surrounding the image won’t save with the image. Also, I would love it if the app would apply its filters to video as well as stills! Ohhh! Right!

I used to love this app but with the recent update all the pictures I save with an art filter are very pixelated please fix

I love this app so much! I use it all the time for my fan accounts, but this morning I was trying to download filters and it wouldnt load. I tried checking my wifi and closing the app and waiting but it wont work. Idk whats going on.

So I had the free version for awhile and it was GREAT! But I decided I wanted to make my own filters and save them. I bought the full version for $1.99. Then there began the problems. The pictures showing what the filters look like will NOT load no matter where I am. I know its not my internet connection because I have tried to use my data and that wont work. If the pictures wont load, it wont let me download any filters. I just wasted $1.99. I want a refund.

This morning I was looking up filters and they wont load or download at all but great filter app so it would be appreciated if youd fix this problem please. Thank you.

Ive been using the app for almost a year now. Everything has always worked perfectly for me, up until today when I found that I couldnt download or even look at filters that I hadnt already downloaded. Tried closing the app, restarting device, redownloading app, turning off and on wifi, with the same results each time. Someone elses review from today states the same problem. Hope it gets fixed. :) 4/5 stars for all the good this app has done me, missing one for the mishaps today.

I have had this app for more than a year and its been perfect. But now whenever I go to get a new filter the pictures wont load and I cant download them

I love the app, but it wont load. And when I tap on a filter, it says unable to download and try again in a few moments. Please fix it:)

This app is my life!!! I adore it BUT as of yesterday or the day before (not sure,) it stopped working. I cant download ANY filters, let alone the fact that I thought re-downloading would help Ive lost all my filters and cant download not even one - FIX THIS PLEASE.

I cant download anymore filters? This has been going on for a few days now and I kept deciding to just wait for the filters to load but they dont. I cant see the preview of the filter and even when I press download it doesnt work, please fix this.

Ive been using this app for a long time, and there has NEVER been anything welng with it. Up unil today. I went to the filter market and i typed in "Dark Pastel" and it loaded the filters, i just couldnt see the examples and i couldnt download them. I thought it was just my wifi. But it wasnt. I turned off my wifi and on once, restarted the app, shut off my phone and deleted the app. Its still not working. Pls fix this problem! I give it a solid four stars, but i would give it a 5 star rate if it was working..

Im making a Michael Jackson edit right now, and the app wont let me download any filters. Whats wrong?

Okay Ive had this app since July. When I used it I could see the pictures and download the filters. Now I recently got a new phone and downloaded it again. Guess what?! I cant see or download filters. I deleted and downloaded it about 5 times. I need this fixed.

a couple days ago it wouldnt let me download any filters or look at them. worked good until then. please update soon.
